The Birth of Jesus was just the Beginning…

First, Some Good News

Books, Books and More Books

As Damaged was being uploaded to the Amazon platform, I sent my Implosion manuscript to the editor.  This short ten-chapter book will most likely be available by the end of January 2023. Here are the chapter headings:

Black is White; Every Colour of the Rainbow; Porn Saturation; Furries and Hussies; Kayla Lemieux; Body Mutilation; Let’s Talk About Sexual Abuse; Pedophilia, The Crisis We’re Not Discussing; The Buck Stops Here; and last but not least: Identity and Dignity.

As soon as I completed Implosion I began Annihilation (this is the working title and is subject to change).  I had just written two chapters when I awoke early one morning last week thinking, “I must write a children’s book on Gender Ideology.”

I have set aside Annihilation for the month of December, in order to write this book called Whatever Happened to Emily?.  This book will journal the story of two friends, one of whom, after the traumatic divorce of her parents, becomes ever increasingly attracted to the idea that girls can be boys, much to the distress of her best friend.  It will be written for 10-14 year olds, and is a book that parents can trust for informing their children.

Speaking of Gender Ideology and the Sexualization of Children

Just last weekend community members of Meaford, Ontario, the town where I grew up, hosted what they hope will become an annual Christmas event, called Christmas on the Bay.

This event was an all-ages community celebration of Christmas, held over four days at the local market square. It included vendors and booths featuring Christmas crafts, food and treasures.

Friends of mine attended with their young son and were immediately confronted by a drag queen and drag king show.  Also, nearby, a young woman very scantily dressed, was performing seductively. The couple’s son, said, “Let’s get out of here, Dad”, which is exactly what these parents did.

This is the second drag queen event in a week, performed in our rural area, and sponsored by the Ontario government.  What struck me most (apart from the lascivious display), was the fact that the Meaford event was not part of the advertising package, and most attending were unaware of what they would suddenly be faced with, unless they happened to pick up a schedule of events at the entrance.

Even more despicable is the fact that this debauchery was being presented in a Christmas-themed marketplace.  While there has been a continual waning in presenting the Nativity during Christmas events, this was an absolute desecration of the Christian message of salvation through the Christmas story.

I cannot think of anything that sinks lower than allowing men, made up and dressed like flamboyant streetwalkers, to perform lasciviously at a ‘family’ event meant to celebrate the birth of Jesus.  Christmas on the Bay was no place for families celebrating the true meaning of Christmas.  In truth, it was no place for families at all.

Thankfully, there are churches and congregations who are promoting truth, peace and love in the marketplace.  KW Christian Fellowship has an amazing display, which thousands attend yearly.  We need to take back the ‘marketplace.’

We Can’t Stop Now

My continued attempt to bring awareness and to encourage parents and citizens to action on behalf of their children, is not without cost.  There are many sacrifices that we, as a family,  have made on this journey of love for our most vulnerable, and for our nation.  The journey has impacted us spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially, but we cannot stop,  now. The words of the prophet Jeremiah continually ring in my ears…

“If I say, ‘I will not mention him, or speak any more in His name,’ there is in my heart as it were a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I am weary with holding it in, and I cannot.” Jeremiah 20:9

As much as I would like to bury my head in the sand and retire to an isolated cabin in the woods, I cannot stay silent. The battle truly is raging all around us. Those opposing are well equipped with financial support from the highest levels of government and business.  Yet, the need to speak truth in the marketplace has never been greater.
