“I won’t be with you anymore,
unless you destroy the things meant for destruction,
that you have with you.”
Joshua 7:12b
In reading through the book of Joshua I came to this verse. Let me give you some background. Israel had gone out to battle against Ai and lost. Joshua was distraught. Verse 6 says, “He tore his clothes and fell face down to the ground before the Ark of the Lord; remaining there till evening.”
God had promised victory. What happened? Well, once again, it was sin in the camp that brought defeat. Achan had stolen things from the enemy camp (the culture) and brought them to his dwelling. These were things meant for destruction. These were things that would ultimately ‘infect’ the camp if not dealt with.
I felt the Lord say that we must put away from us all things that He has deemed meant for destruction in our midst. I am not being legalistic here. I’m talking about the need to walk in righteousness before God.
Let’s purge things that would bring distraction and destruction to our spirit, soul, and our body. We will not see things turned around in our nation until we learn to walk in obedience.
Writer’s Conference
I was blessed to recently attend a Christian writer’s conference at The Cove, Billy Graham’s training center in Asheville, North Carolina. I took lots of notes. Now, I have a writing coach to help me write, edit and publish future books. He will also redesign the Closing the Floodgate cover. This is a tremendous relief; having one person to help with the whole process, start to finish. Plus, his professional fee is half what I paid for the publishing of Damaged by the Predators Among Us.
Unmasking the Trans Movement
By the time you read this letter I will be in Florida, part way through my book tour. I spent five days at the home of Jon and Susan Uhler. Jon and I met on-line about three years ago. Jon is a therapist who specializes in trauma care. For eleven years he worked in the penal system with sex offenders and pedophiles. Jon is a wealth of knowledge. He recently launched a program called Unmasking the Trans movement; Welcome – Unmasking The Trans MovementUnmasking The Trans Movement | Revealing the Truth. Protecting The Most Vulnerable Among Us.
I have been a guest on his show a couple of times, but a few weeks ago he asked if I would become a co-host. We have subsequently spent the week strategizing a way forward by determining what we jointly can bring to the table, along with broadcaster Brad Lang from Winnipeg. I am included in a 15-minute teaser. https://videopress.com/v/JsVQH0ao
Jon is a tremendous advocate for the vulnerable. He and I had the privilege of doing an interview with Laura Lynn Tyler Thompson last week. Click link below. It begins at the 17-minute mark. https://rumble.com/v2bmfdo-unmasking-the-trans-movement.html
The wonderful interview below is with my friend James Parker from Australia. James is a former LGBTQ activist who speaks of his journey from a restored perspective. Episodes – Unmasking The Trans Movement %Unmasking %TransUnmasking The Trans Movement
On the final day of my visit to South Carolina, Jon and I were privileged to interview another friend, Dr. Michelle Cretella, former president of the American College of Pediatricians. https://videopress.com/v/LpJQTxQt
Each of these interviews are powerful and provocative. I am so pleased to now be working with Jon. Our calendars are filling and interviews will be posted immediately to About Us Unmasking the Trans Movement, so I encourage you to make this your go-to website for daily updates, reliable interviews, and webinars on protecting the most vulnerable.
Upcoming
Upon return to Canada, I will be speaking on trauma and attachment at a Billy Graham Rapid Response conference for police and their spouses. I am looking forward to this event.
As more churches are willing to now hear truth about the trans movement and the LGBTQ agenda, my April calendar is filling up. I am seeing a new surge of interest, as more and more parents are learning the truth of what their children are being exposed to.
Bit by bit, we are making an impact, and beginning, I believe, to turn the tide. Thank you for your continued prayers and support, as doors now open for me to share the good news of hope and restoration, both in person and online, with our new Unmasking the Trans Movement program.
Onward and Upward,
Ann
