Peace in Uncertain Times

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given,

and the government will be on his shoulders.

And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,

Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6

How good it is to end the year focused on the greatest story ever told, knowing that King Jesus still reigns amid cultural and political chaos.  We are in great hands!

I thought I’d share some highlights for 2024.

What a year it’s been! As 2024 ends, I’ve been reflecting on all the incredible moments that shaped this journey. From meaningful travels to impactful speaking engagements and connecting with communities around the world, it’s been nothing short of extraordinary. I’d love to take you along for a look back at the highlights, sharing some key experiences and a few must-watch videos that capture the essence of this year.

It all started in January with quiet but purposeful groundwork. I spent time preparing, laying the foundation for the advocacy and outreach that would define the months ahead. By February, I was on the move. My first stop was Ottawa, where I had the chance to meet with parents and educators to talk about the growing challenges children face in schools today. Together, we focused on practical ways to protect kids and build their resilience. Later that month, I attended the National Religious Broadcasters Conference in Nashville, which was an amazing opportunity to meet inspiring people like Seth Gruber of the White Rose Resistance and California Pastor, Jack Hibbs. Their passion for truth and change leaving lasting impacts.

March took me to Calgary for a church seminar on the cultural challenges facing families. It was such a privilege to share biblically grounded guidance and see how eager people were to stand firm in truth and act in their communities.

April was especially moving. I attended the Alberta Provincial Prayer Breakfast in Edmonton and joined Premier Danielle Smith, Will Graham and other leaders to pray for our nation. From there, I traveled to Wetaskiwin to lead workshops on topics close to my heart—trauma, abuse, pornography, peer attachment, and emotional regulation and on to Calgary for some meetings. It was an intense but deeply rewarding month.

In May, I wrote one of the year’s most impactful blog posts, Bullies and Butchers. It tackled the irreversible harm of gender-affirming medical practices on children, sparking meaningful conversations and calls for evidence-based care. If you haven’t read it yet, you can check it out here: Bullies and Butchers. Around the same time, Bill C-63 was tabled in the House of Commons. It’s a troubling bill that allows people to report others out of “fear” they might commit a hate crime in the future. Conversations about these pressing issues were a reminder of how critical it is to remain vigilant and proactive.

June brought to light Doctors Protecting Children; a group of medical professionals working tirelessly to shield kids from harmful treatments. This collaboration connects me with advocates who share the same vision for protecting the next generation.

By July, I took a much-needed break to recharge with family. It was a quieter month, but that time of rest prepared me for the busier months ahead. In August, I hit the road again, this time to Toronto for a community seminar where I shared practical strategies for safeguarding children from gender ideology and harmful media influences. The energy and enthusiasm from attendees to take these tools and implement them at home was so encouraging. On August 26th, I also gave a talk titled The Queering of Society: A Critical Examination, which opened some powerful conversations.

September, I returned to Ottawa to speak at the Million March for Children, where advocates from across the country came together to address the harms of gender ideology. Standing alongside others passionate about protecting kids was incredibly moving. For more information about the march, visit Hands Off Our Kids.

October took me overseas. In Poland, I attended the International Federation for Therapeutic and Counselling Choice (IFTCC) Conference, where leaders from around the world came together to share insights and strategies for restoring identity and purpose. It was a privilege to present and learn from others. From there, I traveled to Istanbul for important meetings with global leaders working to combat the medicalization of children. These conversations were a powerful reminder of the need for a united, international effort to protect our children. If you’d like to see a highlight from these events, here’s the conference video and my Istanbul interview.

November brought me back to Calgary for the Kingdom Convergence Summit at Southside Victory Church. This gathering of Christian leaders, politicians, and legal experts explored faith-driven solutions for Canada’s future. The collaboration and shared vision were truly inspiring, leaving me hopeful about what’s to come.

Now, as December winds down, I’m taking time to reflect on all that God has done this year and to prepare for what’s ahead in 2025. I’d love for you to check out Gender Wars in Canada on YouTube—an impactful tool for raising awareness and equipping others to engage in this critical conversation.

Yesterday I was in conversation with Focus on the Family Canada regarding interviewing for an upcoming documentary they are preparing on Gender Identity.  I will be traveling to BC next summer to participate in this production.

Your prayers, encouragement, and support are such a vital part of this journey, and I can’t thank you enough for standing with me.

As we celebrate the birth of Christ, my prayer is that this season fills your heart and home with peace, joy, and hope. Let’s continue walking courageously into the new year, together.

With love and gratitude,
